Sarah Donaldson Vargha, MD
Dr. Vargha provides psychiatric medication management services to patients with mental illness. She works closely with patients to develop a mutual understanding of their problems, creating a treatment plan that typically includes psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, and medication.
The field of psychiatry appealed to Dr. Vargha because of the many interesting people with intriguing problems. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them solve their problems.
Education
Dr. Vargha attended Wake Forest University for her undergraduate degree earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry in 2009. She attended medical school at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating in 2014. From there, she did her residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis and became a board-certified psychiatrist in 2018.
