Education
Bridget took an indirect path to become a nurse. A gifted bass violinist, Bridget came to the United States from Canada to study music at Interlochen, Michigan. After that, she studied Music at the University of Michigan for two years before transferring to the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, where she graduated in 1992. Later, when her daughter was born, Bridget fell in love with the idea of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. That led her back to school to study nursing. She graduated Cum Laude from Ivy Tech in 2003, earning her RN. In 2010, Bridget graduated with honors, earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from IUPUI, becoming a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Bridget enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and her bernedoodle dog when she’s not working.
