Janet Boyd Gray
Meet Janet Boyd Gray, a board-certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (PMHCNS-BC) who’s spent the last three decades helping countless individuals find their way to health and well-being. Janet believes in working collaboratively with her patients to create a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Through deep listening and education about treatment options, she empowers her patients to take charge of their mental health journeys.
Janet is equipped with the tools and techniques needed to help her patients overcome even the toughest challenges. In addition to her experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Janet is a trained therapist specializing in CBT, DBT, and CPT with over 100 hours of clinical supervision. She stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health treatment by earning 30 hours of Continuing Ed Units each year. This dedication to ongoing learning ensures that her patients always receive the highest quality care possible.
Education
Janet has earned three degrees, including a B.A. in General Studies from Earlham College, a B.S. in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, and an M.S. in Nursing from IUPUI. She enjoys going for leisurely walks, swimming, indulging in a good book, and spending time with her family and friends.
