About Us

Centerstone Health Services is a trusted nonprofit healthcare provider in Indiana, dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality care to underserved communities. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike, we offer comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services, ensuring that individuals and families receive the care and support they need to live healthier, regardless of their ability to pay.

Founded in 2019, our first clinic opened in Connersville, Indiana. Since then, we have expanded to Bloomington, Columbus, and Richmond. We were awarded Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) status by the Health Resources and Services Administration.
